Project description
- This project involved the assembly and supply of Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear Panels (2500A) for a system consisting of 2×1500
kVA transformers and 2×500 kVA diesel generators synchronized via a Deep Sea Control System. - The setup was engineered to achieve optimum load sharing and shedding for the PVC and HDPE pipe manufacturing factory
(PLASCO Limited). - The system was designed for high reliability, operational safety, and efficiency in power distribution.
Scope of Supply
- Supply of Type-Tested LV Switchgear Panels
(IEC 61439 compliant) - Internal Arc Tested to IEC standards
- System synchronization for transformers and generators
- Factory acceptance testing and quality verification prior to delivery
